House Rules
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only. An ashtray is provided — please empty it before departure and place all rubbish in the nearby bins. - Pet-free caravan. Sorry, no pets permitted.
- No charging of vehicles from the caravan.
This is a fire hazard and can trip the fuse box.
EV charging points are available at Reception and elsewhere around the park.
Booking & Payments
- Deposit: £50 to secure your dates.
- Damage/cleaning hold: £50, fully refunded after our cleaners have completed their checks.
- Balance due: 4 weeks before arrival (or in full if booking sooner).
A payment plan can be arranged — just ask.
Cancellations
- The £50 deposit is non-refundable.
We understand life happens — where possible, we’ll try to rebook you to an alternative date (subject to availability).
Peak Season
- July & August (school holidays): 7-night stays only due to high demand.

Our prices are per night and include everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
- Freshly made beds waiting for you when you arrive, plus a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, and sugar to get you settled in.
- All cleaning products are provided, along with toilet rolls, kitchen roll, and other handy essentials — no need to pack half the house!
- Gas and electric are fully safety checked, with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for complete peace of mind.
- Free use of hairdryer, iron and ironing board, plus a highchair (must be ordered at time of booking), cot bed.
- Brand-new seating and headboards fitted in March 2025, ready to welcome this season’s holidaymakers in comfort.
- Private Wi-Fi and a tarmac parking space right beside the caravan, making life easy from the moment you arrive.
Everything’s been thought of so you can relax and enjoy your stay — rain or shine — at LuckyPaws Holiday Home, right here on the beautiful Thornwick Bay coast.

Please note: there’s no hot tub, bath, central heating, or dishwasher, and the caravan is not wheelchair adapted.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) sits right in the heart of one of Yorkshire’s most popular coastal areas, perfectly placed for exploring the Northeastcoast.
This beautiful clifftop park forms part of the Flamborough Cliffs Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views and watch seabirds nesting on the dramatic white chalk cliffs. With four sheltered bays within a short walk—each offering beach access from half a mile to two miles away—there’s always somewhere new to explore.
Put on a comfy pair of shoes and head out to discover the local moorland, or take a short drive to Bridlington, with its bustling harbour, beach, and promenade. History lovers will enjoy a visit to Burton Agnes Hall, a fine Elizabethan stately home just a few miles inland.
